My Therapy Philosophy
I believe every child and young person has the capacity for resilience and recovery when given a safe, supportive and non judgmental space. Therapy should be collaborative, respectful, and paced according to the individual's needs.

Creativity is at the heart of my work because it opens the doors to expression and healing that traditional talk therapy sometimes cannot
Empathy and warmth guide everything I do, and where appropriate, I bring a sense of fun and humour to help build trust and make the therapeutic process feel less intimidating.

My goal is to help children and young people process trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and build confidence for the future
My Approach
I take a creative and child centered approach to therapy, using arts and crafts ,therapeutic games and other expressive techniques to make sessions engaging and accessible. These tools allow children to explore their feelings in ways that feel natural and non threatening, especially when words are hard to find
Why I do this Work

Supporting young people through difficult times is not just my profession----it's my passion. I understand the profound impact trauma can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and self-esteem. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, I aim to help every child and young person discover their strenghts and feel hopeful about what lies ahead
